PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Setia Eco Templer, an eco-themed township, was launched in 2016. This 194-acre township is nestled amidst the stunning Bukit Takun, Templer Park, and Kanching rainforest reserves in Rawang. It comprises a residential component with distinct English, Balinese, or Peranakan-themed architectural designs, as well as commercial properties. The remarkable attributes of this location served as the inspiration for four guiding visions, shaping our design approach to meet the residents’ desires and enhance the site’s unique character. Our first vision is to create a living environment closely connected with nature. Second, we aim to preserve, enhance, and embody the legend of Nine Creeks. The third vision seeks to foster family memories and childhood experiences, where everyone can share and savor their finest moments together. The fourth vision is dedicated to expanding ecological wilderness adventures throughout the site.
